Dr Martin Rousseau
With over thirty-five years of experience in orthodontics, Dr. Martin Rousseau is a seasoned professional.
His academic journey began at Université Laval, where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 1984. Constantly striving for excellence, he continued his specialization in orthodontics at the Université de Montréal from 1987 to 1989, marking the beginning of his distinguished career.
Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Rousseau has also played a significant role in the orthodontic community. His passion and dedication to his profession led him to serve as President of the Orthodontic Association from 2014 to 2015, a position allowing his considerable experience and leadership skills to flourish.
In addition to his practice, Dr. Rousseau is dedicated to training the next generation of orthodontists. He is a clinical supervisor at the Université de Montréal’s Department of Orthodontics for postgraduate students. This role demonstrates his commitment to sharing his knowledge and inspiring future professionals in the field.

Dr Maxime Rousseau
Dr. Maxime Rousseau began his career by earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from McGill University in 2020.
After his doctorate, Dr. Rousseau continued with a one-year residency at the Montreal Children’s Hospital: a multidisciplinary environment with a focus on pediatric dental care. This period allowed him to develop specific skills in treating young patients, an essential aspect of orthodontic practice.
Dr. Rousseau is completed his specialization in orthodontics at the Université de Montréal. This advanced training allows him to acquire the latest techniques and knowledge in the field. In recognition for his outstanding academic achievements, he was awarded the Philippe Mareuil excellence scholarship.
Following his specialization, he joined his father, Dr. Martin Rousseau, bringing a breath of fresh air and contributing new technologies to the Rousseau Orthodontists clinic.
In addition to his clinical journey, Dr. Maxime Rousseau stands out for his strong interest in research. He has already authored publications relating to artificial intelligence, demonstrating a passion for innovation and the advancement of his field. Dr. Maxime Rousseau’s blend of advanced training, pediatric expertise, and dedicated research showcases his patient-centred and forward-thinking approach to the art of orthodontics.
